The whole experience was good, no complaints, can't recommend it highly enough. There was good food, the staff was very amiable and excellent. Exceptionally comfortable bed and room was neat and luxurious. The free parking was onsite, efficient service.

For us it was ideal.

I was very impressed with the suite and they offered a wide range of products for a satisfying breakfast.

We only stayed here for one night, but everything was fantastic, from the efficient service to the convenient on-site parking and the great location in the middle of the city.

The hotel we stayed in was located in an ideal area that is peaceful and quiet. The room we booked had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even offering us free fruit and coffee upon arrival, and daily breakfast delivered to our room. The room was well-equipped and comfortable.

The internet connection was not reliable and caused us some inconvenience.

Enjoyable culture immersion and excellent service. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a basket of delectable local fruits and a serving of authentic Arabian coffee and dates, which made us feel right at home. The staff provided impeccable service, always ready to assist us with whatever we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. the hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to easily access nearby attractions and shopping centers.

My Christmas stay exceeded all expectations! the warm welcome and surprise Holiday treats were the best! the refreshing Arabic coffee and complimentary fruits made me feel right at home. I also loved the key location of the hotel, which was conveniently near shopping centers and top restaurants.

That one of the staff members seemed a bit cold and distant, which made me feel less welcomed. his colleagues more than made up for it with their kindness and smiles.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were always available and helpful. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Najran.
